Project Update | Covenant University College of Medicine
Progress continues steadily on site as excavation reaches 80% completion. Anti-termite treatment has been successfully applied, while 8.7 tonnes of reinforcement steel has been cut and prepared for the foundation base pads.
Concrete mixing has now commenced, and base pad casting is underway. Our engineers, surveyors, technicians, and interns remain on site, ensuring quality and precision at every stage.

Project Progress| Update week 4
Construction activities continue to gain momentum at the Covenant University College of Medicine project, with significant progress recorded across multiple work fronts.
Our site machinery, including cutting and sawing machines, excavators, and concrete mixers, remains fully operational, supporting efficient project delivery. Excavation works are progressing steadily, despite minor weather-related interruptions.
To date, 28 foundation slabs have been successfully cast, with additional casting ongoing to complete all compacted bases. Surveyors are actively setting out new foundation pads, while engineers oversee casting, surveying, and reinforcement operations to ensure quality standards are maintained.
Every milestone brings us closer to delivering a world-class medical institution that will serve generations to come. Through precision, dedication, and excellence, we remain committed to building a lasting legacy.
Project Update | Week 5
It has been another productive week on site as key construction activities continue to move forward.
The batching plant has been successfully installed, the block moulding machine has been repaired and returned to operation, and timber required for formwork has been delivered to support ongoing structural works. Significant progress has also been made on the site office, with ceiling installation completed and door and window installation scheduled as the next phase.
Our Lead Project Engineer remains actively involved on site, providing direct supervision and ensuring that every foundation base is cast to the highest standards of quality and precision.

Project Update | Week 6
Steady progress continues on the Covenant University College of Medicine project as reinforcement and foundation works advance across the site.
Reinforcement placement is nearing completion, while the installation of column starter bars has commenced. Crane reinforcement has been completed and is ready for welding and casting, and foundation base pad casting is approaching completion.
This week, we were pleased to host our client representatives, Pst. David Jnr and Pst. Steve Ogah, on site. Following their inspection, they expressed satisfaction with both the quality of work and the pace of progress being achieved.

Project Update – Covenant University College of Medicine
Construction work at the Covenant University College of Medicine site continues to progress steadily under the management of Rohn Integrity Limited.
The crane base casting has been completed, while work on the batching plant base is ongoing. Column reinforcement placement is now over 50% complete, and boarding for the foundation base pad is about 20% done in preparation for upcoming casting.
Maintenance work on the block moulding machine is in progress to improve efficiency, while key materials such as sharp sand and granite have been delivered to site. A new concrete mixer has also been introduced to speed up foundation works ahead of full batching plant installation.
Overall, the project continues to record steady progress across all major construction activities.
